Heritage Management Limited was established in 2004 to provide a transparent specialist service for Management Companies, Freeholders and Developers. The Company manages property in Surrey and the surrounding Counties and the portfolio includes conversions, purpose built blocks and prestigious private estates.

Every estate has unique management requirements and expectations and Heritage tailors its comprehensive services to suit each individual estate. As members of ARMA (The Association of Residential Managing Agents) Heritage is able to offer clients the best possible advice on legislation and legal matters relating to the management of estates, which has become imperative due to significant changes in the law affecting all estates and developments.

All employees are committed to customer service, high service standards and delivering an efficient and reliable service which can greatly enhance the value of an estate and its individual properties. All Property Managers employed by Heritage are fully qualified through the Institute of Residential Property Management (IRPM) or the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) or both.
